Patty and I started hosting New Moon Groups 5 years ago with fellow life coaches. We wanted to create a space for women to come together to support each other, and to share the experiences, goals, and challenges of life.  We are amazed with how unique and wonderful each meeting turns out.  There always seem to be the right people and circumstances for all involved, leaving us all inspired, and energized. 

Together, we set goals, share snacks, meditate and set intentions and goals for the month ahead.  We talk about cosmic influences and empower one another to live our best lives.
